nothing less and nothing more. This book becomes the main focusing one of the books

Ten year after his “The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership” Maxwell
motivates the learner of leadership effectively to become a good leader by making
difference with others in his bestselling books, “The Power of Your Leadership.” As a
matter of fact, one must know himself first to lead society. He mentioned that no need
to be Martin Luther King Jr. Mother Teresa and Nelson Mandela and just be one’s own
role, just moving up, grow, lead, and serve surely will become a world leader. He
demonstrates in this book about self-development by putting the other into one’s story
adding values from one heart to win a big organization. Because he believes that people
don’t want to be lead and they want to lead the other and for him putting the other first
is the same as putting the power in other, adding the values in other is the same as giving
them a job to work for the leader. This book not discuss only about business leaders,
but also about morality how one can be a good person.

Bennis and Nanus demonstrate the principles of leadership to the society
in his “Leaders Strategies for Taking Charge”, with encouragement to the employee
with the concepts of vision, empowerment, organizational learning and trust and linking
with four strategies: attention through vision, meaning through communication, trust
through positioning, and the deployment of self through positive self-regard. He also
characterized the misconception about leadership by management, knowledge,
entrepreneur, and position as well as Maxwell public mentioned. However, his book
will mainly support this thesis to become a better one in this research field.
