such as Girdanta-Jātaka they are lame like the horse was limping because of the lame

trainer, and Samaññaphala Sutta they might miss the highest goal like Ajātasattu was
communicating with Devadatta and miss the all opportunities to become an Ariyan.
There are so many dimensions to discover deeply about Buddhist leadership without
violation in Theravāda Buddhist scripture will go deeper in Chapter III. Even though,
recently, these is one of the research, master’s thesis, about Buddhist leadership in 2019,
it is showed that effective Buddhist leadership by limitation with seven conditions of

welfare (Aparihāniya-Dhamma) and left many rooms for others to do further research.
Thus, this thesis will describe more about what is the qualities and roles of
the successful leader, how could the subordinates assume who is a good leader and what
are the strategies and practice of successful leaders in both sides which are western
scholars’ ideas and Theravāda perspectives.
