COURSE INSTRUCTIONS AND TESTING

                  PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

When applicants are ready to take the final exam, they should go to our website,
www.RiscUS.com, and follow the prompts for testing.

The final examination will consist of 100 questions for the standard program and 125
questions for those states with specific statutes for the licensure and regulation of collateral
                  Recovery Agents.

The final exam is “open book” and consists of multiple choice and true or false questions.
An overall passing score of 75% is required in order for a Certificate of Completion
to be issued. Any applicant who fails to correctly answer 75% of the questions is eligible for
immediate retesting. There will be a fee for retesting.

Our testing method is designed to enhance the students’ ability to research and increase their
comprehension of the various federal and state laws that affect the self-help repossession
process. This method helps to make the Recovery Agent more competent in managing the
“inherent” risks associated with servicing repossession assignments while further ensuring
                  the public safety.

Proper monitoring of the final exam is of critical importance, especially in the event of
litigation. If an employee is testing, monitoring should be by the business owner or a
qualified supervisor. If the business owner is testing, monitoring should be by a
qualified supervisor or an individual such as a notary public or an independent,
                  qualified third party.

We have included an Affidavit of Final Testing, attesting that the final exam was properly
monitored, with the signatures of the individual who tested and the monitor. It is important
that the Affidavit of Final Testing be placed in the permanent personnel file of the
individual who tested. In the event that individual becomes involved in litigation this is
an important document to present to the court as proof that the individual was properly
                  monitored.

RISC Educational Systems assumes no responsibility or liability for monitoring of
                  the final exam.
