there is a colloquial interchange between first and third person. For all the
        grammarians who are reading, our profuse apologies!

        We are assuming that you are time starved (or maybe just plain starved!), so
        we’ve decided to keep it brief.

        Here,  we  debunk  the  dieting  myths  around  some  diets  and  programmes
        that are popular locally, to help you make balanced and informed decisions.
        As a bonus, we have included some Body Transformation Challenge Eating
        Plans meals for you to cook, which you can relish with joy.

        The reason? Many of our clients have told us, “We know we have to eat right.
        But what? How? When? Where?” This book will help you solve some of the
        mystery,  while  providing  you  with  honest  assessments  of  diets  and
        programmes that you probably know about, and were always wondering…

        One more thing: we don’t necessarily agree with all of the elements of each
        diet. Some people swear off carbs like they are the devil, some people are
        thin and still eat them. Some say sugar is poison, some say it’s the stuff that
        makes life sweet. We have put the options before you, and let you choose.

        That  doesn’t  mean  we’ve  just  left  you  out  to  dry.  As  part  of  the  Body
        Transformation Challenge, we will gladly help you crave yourself into a new
        creation. But our simple point is this: you will have to keep an eye on those
        pesky calories, and you will have to guard your mouth as to what you allow to
        go into it.

        Oh,  one  last  thing:  the  official  designation  is  “Body  Transformation  Eating
        Plans,” but it’s a mouthful. So for ease of reference, we will from now on just
        use “BTC Eating Plans” where we mean our specific plans that are for sale.
