How should you use this book?

        We believe that people are different, and like different things. What works
        for  one  person  may  not  work  for  another.  So  perhaps  you  believe  –  or
        already know – that Banting works for you. Great. Then please look up the
        BTC Eating Plans we have created for you under Banting, and try them out. If
        you prefer the Weight Watchers vibe, then try out those plans.

        Perhaps you’re not sure yet. We’ve got you there. Why not try them all, and
        see which one you like the most? Variety is the spice of life, n’est pas?

        One of the important elements of being slimmer and healthier is education,
        which is exactly what this book will give you. We will show you how to make
        good choices.


        One last note: even though we are made of the same basic bits, every human
        is different. You need to see how your body reacts to these programmes, and
        then respond accordingly. What works for one may not work for someone
        else. Be creative and come up with your own bespoke plans – or call on us to
        assist you with some guidance.
