What is the benefit to you of this book?
So, you either want to lose weight or get healthy – or maybe both.
This book shows you:
A couple of the major eating programmes, including their strengths
and their downside.
A set of eating plans which embraces the principles of each
programme, and approximates what they can do for you.
The eating plans take the guesswork out of food preparation and
cooking, guaranteeing a healthier lifestyle and weight loss if you stick
to them.
The plans are fun and easy – we are not of the “eat a lettuce leaf,
drink 42 glasses of water and run 5 kilometres” fraternity. While we
advocate wellness, there are still enjoyable ways to get the lips
smacking as you polish off a good meal AND get the health benefits.
In the immortal words of George Bernard Shaw, “There is no love
