What is the benefit to you of this book?

        So, you either want to lose weight or get healthy – or maybe both.


        This book shows you:

              A couple of the major eating programmes, including their strengths
               and their downside.
              A  set  of  eating  plans  which  embraces  the  principles  of  each
               programme, and approximates what they can do for you.
              The  eating  plans  take  the  guesswork  out  of  food  preparation  and
               cooking, guaranteeing a healthier lifestyle and weight loss if you stick
               to them.
              The plans are fun and easy – we are not of the “eat a lettuce leaf,
               drink 42 glasses of water and run 5 kilometres” fraternity. While we
               advocate  wellness,  there  are  still  enjoyable  ways  to  get  the  lips
               smacking as you polish off a good meal AND get the health benefits.
               In  the  immortal  words  of  George  Bernard  Shaw,  “There  is  no  love
               more sincere than the love of food.”
