wellness  industry,  that  people  beat  themselves  up  for  being  lazy  and
        undisciplined when it comes to food.

        That’s  a  little  unfair,  though.  We  know  that  people  would  make  better
        choices if:

            1.  They knew the truth about food.
            2.  They knew HOW to eat better.
            3.  It was both affordable and convenient to do so.

        Sometimes  we  eat  badly  because  we  don’t  know  better,  or  because  we
        cannot afford to eat better, and because there is so much uncertainty around
        what is good and what is not. That’s why we wrote this book.

        But, if you put an EATING PLAN in place, then you:

            1.  Are far less likely to stray off into an unknown food abyss.
            2.  Will save money.
            3.  Will  become  healthier  because  you  have  made  better,  PLANNED
               choices.

        Remember, calories are like Dollars (or Rand, or Pounds, or Euros) – if you
        don’t  manage  them,  they  can  make  your  life  very  difficult.  You  have  to
        manage  your  calories  like  you  manage  your  daily/weekly/monthly/annual
        budget.

        You can come up with your own eating plans. We will give you some tips
        and tricks in this book.

        But if you are starved for time and want to find an easy solution to making
        better food choices, then we can provide you with a range of plans.
