Season the chicken with the garlic & salt mix

        Heat coconut oil in a pan and add the chicken

        Allow chicken to brown (6-8 minutes)

        Add sprouts and chicken to a roasting pan and add the stock and lemon


        Place the roasting pan in an oven and cook till done

        Serve with a side salad

        Note: Brussels sprouts are a low-glycaemic vegetable which is exceptionally
        rich in protein, dietary fibre, vitamins, minerals, and anti-oxidants. They are
        also very low in calories, containing just 45 calories per 100g! They are thus
        perfect for a diet which requires calorie control. You can even “pig out” on a
        bigger portion of sprouts if portion control is your struggle, because they are
        so low in calories .























        Closing note: yes, we know they are boring and dull – no pain no gain darling!
