Here is an eating plan where the food has already been weighed out for you,
        the  calorie  count  has  been  determined,  and  you  can  eat  and  enjoy,  while
        your body goes to work on trimming itself down.

        Chicken with Brussels sprouts

        (Yes,  like  you,  we  prefer to  call  them “Brussel  sprouts”  –  but  the  Belgians
        might never forgive us, so we are using the correct name )

        8 chicken pieces

        1 packet Brussels sprouts


        2 tablespoons coconut

        2 cloves crushed garlic

        Salt & black pepper

        2 tablespoons olive oil

        Juice of 1 lemon

        ½ cup chicken stock


        Directions

                              o
        Preheat the oven to 180 C
        Toss the sprouts with olive oil, garlic and salt
