Note: goji berries date back to the early days of Chinese medicine and are
considered both a fruit and a herb. They are an excellent source of anti-
oxidants, vitamins (especially vitamin C), minerals, amino acids and fibre.
They are low in calories, fat-free, and only a small amount in your daily
smoothie is needed to reap major health rewards.
