With BTC Eating Plans, we also give you two snacks each day, in between the
three major meals, to ensure that you not only get a balanced intake of food
every day, but also to ensure that your hunger is under control. We go
through some of the snacks under the Vegan & Vegetarian chapter, and of
course these are all available when you buy our plans.
Breakfast: scrambled eggs with mince (serves 2) (suitable for type B)
Ingredients
3 eggs
100-150g lean beef mince
Half an onion, diced
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
½ teaspoon crushed garlic
1 punnet mushrooms, sliced
1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt & pepper
Directions
Beat eggs, parsley, salt and pepper together
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and add the onion and mushrooms
Once onion is soft, add garlic, mince and soy sauce
