        because there was a strategy to manage food.

        Your eating plan for this type of diet programme

        Rob’s mom has a saying: “Eat food that fills you up but doesn’t fill you out.”
        This is sage advice, and Weight Watchers practices this philosophy very well.

        Fruit and particularly vegetables have no points attached to them (or very
        low points), so programme users are encouraged to eat more of them. For
        this reason, here we are sharing two salads with you, which you can pig out
        on, and not feel guilty that you have eaten great food.

        Mango, prawn & cucumber salad

        50g mango chunks


        100g cooked prawns in shell

        Cucumber ribbons (or fine slices if you don’t have a ribbon maker)

        Chopped chilli

        Coriander

        Paprika

        Olive oil


        Mix all the ingredients and dress with olive oil, paprika, chilli and coriander
