Coffee Social/Blessed Mother’s
Birthday Party
On Sunday, September 8, the Feast of
the Nativity of the Mother of God, the
parish celebrated with a party in honor
of the Virgin Mary. There was plenty of
ice cream & cake after the Divine Liturgy
and a mini prayer table was set up to
honor God’s Mother and ours. This event
also helped the children to gear up for
the new ECF school year.

Dormition Name Day Hot Dog/Ice Cream Social
Dormition Parish celebrated its name day on Sunday,
August 11 after the 10 am Liturgy with a hot dog and ice
cream social. All parishioners who attended enjoyed
not only the treats provided by the GCU Parish Social
Grant, but also socializing with each other on a beautiful
Sunday morning.
