9 Anniversary Celebration
Fr. Don Bolls celebrated his 9 anniversary with
th
members from Holy Trinity & Resurrection Parishes on
Saturday, September 21 at Holy Trinity Church. Members
of both churches gathered in the church hall to have
refreshments and wish Fr. Don many blessed years.
Thank you to the GCU Parish Social Grant program for
funding the celebration.

St. Elias Byzantine Catholic Church

Annual Parish Picnic
St. Elias BCC held their annual parish picnic following
Divine Liturgy on Sunday, July 21. A delicious barbecue
lunch with lots of sides and plenty of homemade
desserts was served. Games of corn hole and pickle
ball were played on the church grounds on a hot sunny
day, while card games were played in the shade of the
church. Thank you GCU Parish Social Grant for helping to
fund this event.

End of Summer Picnic
St. Mary Holy Protection
Parish held its final
summer picnic of
the year on Sunday,
September 22. Some of
the regular parishioners
couldn’t attend, but
some additional guests made up for
their absence. Chicken on skewers,
hot dogs and homemade pumpkin
pie were some of the beautiful sunny
day’s favorites. Thanks to the GCU
Parish Social Grant for assisting
financially with the picnic.
