Chapel and Choir
The Horsfall Chapel of Janet Clarke Hall and Trinity College is the Anglican Chapel on the University
Campus and reaches out to members of the College, the University, and the wider community. Our
worship reflects JCH’s Anglican heritage, but you don’t have to be Anglican to attend the Chapel.
You are welcome, whatever your faith or belief. The Chapel is a place of quiet reflection for you
whenever you are able to visit.

Janet Clarke Hall students and staff have sung in the Trinity Choir since its inception. The Choir of
Trinity College has an outstanding reputation throughout Australia and is recognised as one of the
finest collegiate Chapel Choirs in the world. It consists of about 24 choral scholars and, during term,
sings Sunday Evensong at 5pm. Membership is by audition, subject to vacancies in the Choir.

Students may wish to join the JCH Choir which often performs at Formal Dinners and other College
events, and can also apply to join the Newman College Choir which offers scholarships to students.
