14. FEEDBACK MECHANISM

Parents with school-related concerns should communicate directly to the teacher
through an email or text message (during virtual classes) and SISC Diary (during
face-to-face), and furnish copies to the teacher’s Subject Area Head or Level
Facilitator. If the concern is not satisfactorily resolved, the parents/guardians
may seek the intervention of the Deputy Principal and eventually, the Principal.
If an issue is institutional in nature and the feedback mechanism fails, the
concerns have to be coursed through the Public Relations Officer who will
discuss the issue with the school management team.

For IB, parents with concerns should communicate directly by email to their
child’s class adviser (during virtual classes) and through the IB Diary (during
face-to-face), and/or furnish copies to the IB Officers. If the concern is not
satisfactorily resolved, the parents/guardians may seek the intervention of the
Principal. If an issue is institutional in nature and the feedback mechanism fails,
the concerns have to be coursed through the Public Relations Officers and
Marketing Director who will discuss the issue with the school management team.

        15. FEES

15.1 The reservation fee of students from Preschool to IB is forfeited if the
parents fail to inform the school one month before the start of classes.

15.2 Any student who enrolls and pulls out two weeks after the start of classes
will be charged full payment of tuition fee and all other fees in adherence
to the Manual of Regulations for Private Schools which states:

A student who transfers or otherwise withdraws in writing, within two
weeks after the beginning of classes, and who has already paid pertinent
tuition and other school fees in full or for any length longer than one
month may be charged 10% of the total amount due for the term if he
withdraws within the first week of classes, or 20% if within the second
week of classes, regardless of whether or not he has actually attended
classes. The student may be charged all the school fees in full if he
withdraws anytime after the second week of classes.
