school  credential.    Check  payment  may  be  accepted  but  school
                    credentials may be released only upon clearing of the check.

               15.11 Before pulling out a student from the school for any reason, the parents
                    shall  give  the  Registrar  a  written  notice  at  least  6  weeks  prior  to  the
                    student’s last day in school. If such notice is not given, the parents agree
                    to  pay  all  school  fees  for  the  whole  academic  year  even  though  the
                    reason for pulling out the student from the school is valid (e.g. illness,
                    domestic problems, family relocation to another country, etc.).  If the
                    reason is not valid, no matter if the written notice has been submitted
                    according to the 6-week requirement, the school will not reimburse the
                    fees  but  will  demand  full  payment  for  the  whole  school  year  in  case
                    students have not paid in full for the whole academic year.

                 15.12 For new students:
                      15.12.1 New foreign students and/or children of expatriate parent(s)
                             are  expected  to  pay  full  payment  under  Plan  A  upon
                             enrolment.

                      15.12.2    New  foreign  students  with  sibling(s)  who  have  been  with
                             S.I.S.C. for a year or more may opt to pay in terms.

        16.   PRIVACY POLICY

             Southville  International  School  and  Colleges  respects  an  individual’s  right  to
             privacy and the confidentiality of personal information.

             For  purposes  of  this  statement,  the  Policy  and  the  Terms  “data”  and
             “information”  are  used  interchangeably.  “Personal  data”  or  “personal
             information” refers to any information that identifies  who a person is, or may
             lead  to  his/her  identification,  including  sensitive  information  about  health,
             education,  age,  race,  and  similar  matters  as  well  as  privileged  information  as
             defined by the Rules of Court and other applicable laws.

             SISC  collects,  acquires  or  generates  students’  personal  data  in  many  forms,
             including  but  not  limited  to  written  records,  photographic  and  video  images,
