15.3 School fees must be paid as scheduled.
15.4 Other fees should be paid at the beginning of the school year. However,
the school reserves the right to collect reasonable additional expenses if
fees or advances are not adequate for activities such as field trips, etc.
15.5 An exam clearance is issued to each student who has settled his/her
financial obligation before term exams. Without this, a student may
not be allowed to take the term exam if special arrangements with the
Finance Office are not made beforehand.
15.6 Reason(s) for the failure of a student to take the examination on the
scheduled date will be evaluated first by the Deputy Principal. If the
reason is found valid (e.g. student was sick during the test), the student
may take the special exam upon submission of the proper documents
(e.g. medical certificate, etc.). However, if the reason for the absence is
not valid as evaluated by the Deputy Principal, a fee per subject will be
charged to cover fees for teachers who will prepare the special test.
15.7 A student’s term grade will not be processed if he/she fails to settle
financial obligations on the due dates before a term exam.
15.8 The school respects the right of parents to have access to their children’s
school records. In case of financial and property obligation, the school
reserves the right to withhold the issuance/release of school records
until settlement of liabilities is made. However, a provisional report
card may be issued to the student for the first and second term only.
The school credentials will be released as soon as his/her obligations are
settled.
15.9 Only cash payments will be accepted during the Third Term Exam and
in the last month of classes. Checks are accepted provided they are not
postdated. A stiff penalty is given for bouncing check(s).
15.10 At the end of the academic year, only cash payment will be accepted
for unsettled financial obligations to the school before the release of any
