parents’/guardians’ behalf. It is also the school authority’s
responsibility to inform the parent of the injured student about the
decisions or judgment to be made prior to actually executing them.
The parents/guardians shall be responsible for all medical, hospital,
dental and other expenses incurred by or on behalf of the student arising
from or in connection with any injury or accident suffered by the student
while attending school, or while taking part in any school activity. The
parents authorize the school to obtain immediate treatment for the
student that the school, in its sole discretion during emergency, may
determine. The parents/guardians agree that only the allowable amount
covered by the accident insurance will be reimbursed to them. Only
accident-related medical expenses are covered by the insurance up to a
maximum limit of P120,000.00 per year. Parents need to submit official
receipts of the medical expenses incurred.
9.3. Health Related Illnesses
The parents/guardians of the student shall take full responsibility for the
expenses of any health-related illnesses that will arise while the student
is enrolled in SISC.

The parents shall support the schools’ efforts in preventing and
containing the spread of viruses such as COVID-19 by following the
campus safety protocols that include timely submission of the COVID-
19 Disclosure Form, wearing masks at all times, passing through the
sanitizing foot bath mat, undergoing temperature check, and regularly
disinfecting/sanitizing hands while on campus. The parent shall not
enter the campus without approval of the school’s authorized
representative nor stay long in the waiting area or lounges of the school.
Should the parent or child manifest symptoms of the COVID 19, he/she
agrees to stay in the identified isolation area while waiting for the
fetcher, and leaves the campus or brings home the child for proper
