               4.4 When a student who was placed under Disciplinary Probation or Special
                   Disciplinary  Contract  gets  a  final  deportment  grade  lower  than  A
                   (Average)  (as  stipulated  in  the  Student  Discipline  and  Policies
                   Handbook)

               4.5 The Department of Education has also stipulated the following grounds
                    for non-readmission/dismissal that the school adheres to:
                    4.5.1    Academic deficiency
                    4.5.2    Violation of school rules and regulations
                    4.5.3    Failure to meet financial obligations
                    4.5.4    Disgrace
                    4.5.5      Irreconcilable  differences  or  deterioration  of  relationship
                     between school
                              and parents
                    4.5.6    Absences and Tardiness (Please refer to the student handbook.)

            5.   CLASSIFICATION /GROUPING

               To optimize student learning:

                5.1      For  Preschool,  the  age  of  the  child  is  used  as  a  reference  for
                     determining his/her entry level.

                5.2  Other factors that are considered in the level classification in Preschool
                     are the Reading and Mathematics competencies, behavior track record,
                     and  Grade  Equivalent  Score  based  on  international  norms  of
                     standardized achievement tests.

                5.3    For  Grade  School  to  High  School,  the  level  completed  is  used  as  a
                     reference in determining placement.

                5.3 The primary consideration for sectioning for Grades 3-10 is the yearend
                    honors computation and ranking. Other factors that are considered are
                    discipline records and grade equivalent based on international norms of
