3.6 Any student manifesting symptoms of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity
Disorder (ADHD), Dyslexia, Autism, and the like, may be subjected to
diagnostic testing. If the test proves that the child has special needs, the
parents will be asked to refer the child to another school that can provide
the child with proper professional help.
3.7 Students who enroll starting third term shall be considered “sit-in
students.” They cannot earn any academic credit at the end of the
academic year and shall be retained in the same level in the next
academic year.
3.8 Students who enrolled one month after the opening of classes (late
enrollees) are not allowed to take early examinations during the last term
since they need to finish the required number of school days until the
summer of the current academic year.
3.9 Late enrollees must re-enroll the following academic year. Failure to re-
enroll means the student will not receive any credential from the school.
4.0 Parents must provide their child with the technological device and stable
internet connection to participate in virtual classes.
4. NON-READMISSION OF STUDENTS
The following are grounds for the non-readmission of students:
4.1 When the child’s behavior is aggressive and destructive (as specified in
the Student Discipline and Policies Handbook)
4.2 When a child does not meet the standards of the level based on the
Developmental Report Card; When a child was not able to maintain an
Acceptable General Weighted Average (G.W.A.) of 2.5 at the end of the
academic year; When a child was not able to maintain an A (Average)
rating in the Schoolwide Learner Outcomes (SLO) and Deportment grade
at the end of the academic year
4.3 When the student or parent of the student created conflict, unrest, and/or
disharmony in any form (e.g. distribution of letters or flyers, posting
