The initiatives of the BPLD got the attention of not only our business owners but relevant authorities as well.
On January 7, 2021, the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) conducted an on-the-spot inspection of the
Business-One-Stop-Shop of Quezon City.

Led by ARTA Director General Jeremiah Belgica and Deputy Director General Eduardo Bringas, they walked
through the process of business registration and renewal of the QC BIZ EASY portal. They noted the significant
improvements and complete facelift of the physical Business-One-Stop-Shop in Quezon City and the
continuously evolving QC BIZ EASY Online System.
