                  QC DELIVERs: AUTOMATED DOCUMENT DELIVERY SYSTEM (ADDS)


                  In  March  2021,  the  BPLD  introduced  the  issuance  of  an  e-copy  of  business  permit  for applications  filed  online.
                  The e-copy is immediately sent to the applicant’s QC e-Services registered email within hours upon approval of the
                  application. This move did not only make it even faster and more convinient for business owners to secure their
                  permits, but it also reduced the need to physically go to the QC Hall, minimizing the risk of exposure to COVID-19.
