Abstract: The technologies of the Web 2.0 as the motivator for
the mathematics teaching for the students in th0065 fifth grade of
the District Educational Institution (IED by its initials in Spanish)
“Enrique Olaya Herrera” in Bogotá expected to identify the
implementation of the technologies use based on a new
methodology in the mathematics teaching with the purpose of
motivating the students to learn and improve their abilities in the
development of mathematics problems, in which the interest in the
computing and the teamwork are mixed for the learning of one of
the knowledge areas with high difficulty. After the activities made
in class through “edublog”, the students obtained better results in
their valuations and they demonstrated a great empathy with the
proposed didactic strategy.

Introducción

En el desarrollo de la investigación se planteó la forma de
implementar actividades que motiven y faciliten la resolución de
problemas matemáticos con operaciones básicas, mediante las
tecnologías de la web 2.0, con estudiantes de grado quinto de
Educación Básica Primaria, acorde con los estándares del
Ministerio de Educación Nacional; cuyos resultados contribuyen
de manera directa a diferentes actores, como lo son los estudiantes,
debido a que ellos son los principales beneficiarios de la
investigación; a la institución educativa por adoptar un modelo
práctico con resultados positivos dentro de sus estándares
educativos, y por último a los docentes a quienes se les presenta
una alternativa para incluir en sus prácticas pedagógicas. De igual
