ENFORCEABLE DECISIONS
II.18.l The Agreement it governed by the applicable Union law, complemented, where necessary,
by the law of Belgitm:
II.l8.2 In accordance with Article 272TFEU, the Ceneral Court or, on appeal, the Court of Justice
of the European Union, has sole jurisdiction to hearany dispute bet*een the Union and any
beneficiary concerning the interpretation, application or validity of the Agreement, if such
dispute cannot be settled amicably.
II.18.3 In accordance with Article 299 TFEU, for the purposes of rccovery within the meaning of
Article 11.26, the Agency or the Commission may adopt an enforceable decision to irnpose
pecuniary obligations on persons otherthan States.
An action may be brought against snch decision before the Gerreral Court of the European
Union in acoordance with Afticle 263 TFEU.
