(ii) is in breach of its obligations re ting to the payrnent of taxes or social secLrrity
contributions in accordance with th applicable law;

(f) a beneficiary or any relaled pers'on or any natural person who is essential for the awarcl or for
the irnplernentation gf the Agreement has cornmitted:

(i) gravc professional misconduct proven by any lneans;
(ii) fraLrd;

(iii) cornrption;

(iv) conduct rclated to criminal organisations;
(v) Inoney laundering;

(vi) terorisrn-related crimes (including terrorism financing);

(vii)child labour or othet'offences concerning trafficking of human beilgs;

(g) the Agency has evidence that a beneficiary or any relaled person or any natural person who is
essential for the award ol fol the irnplementation of the Agreement has committed
irragularilie.s, fi"ctttd or breach of obligalions in the award procedurc or while irnplerxenting
tlre Agreement, including if that beneficiary, related person or natural persou has submitted
false infbrrnation or failed to provide required information;

(h) the Agency has evidence tlrat a beneflciary has committed systemic or recurrent irregularities,
,fruud or serious breach of obligations in other Union or Euratom grants awarded to it under
sinilar conditions and such iwegularities, fraud or breach of obligations have a material
impact on this grant;

(i) a beneficiaLy or any related person or any natural percon who is essential for the award or for
the irnplernentation of the Agreement has created an entity under a different jurisdiction with
the intend to circumvent fiscal, social or any other legal obligations in the jurisdiction of its
registered office, centraladrninistlation or principal place of business;
fi) abeneficialyoranyrelatedpersonoranynatural personwhoisessential fortheawardorfor
the irnplementation of the Agreement has been created with the intend referred to in point(i)
ol'

(k) the Agency has sent a beneficiary, through the coordinator,aformal notification asking it to
end the participation of its affiliated errtity because that entity is in a situation provided fbr in
points (e) to O and that beneficiary has lailed to request an amendment ending tlre
participation oi'the entity and reallocating its tasks.

Step t- Before terminating the Agreement or participation of one or more beneficiaries, the Agency
mrrst send aJbrmal notilication to the coordinator:

(a) informing it of:
(i) its intention to tenninate;

(ii) the reasorrs for termitratiou; and

(b) requiring it, within 45 calendar days of receiving the formal notification,:
(i) to submit observations on behalf of all beneficiaries; and
