Peculiar Grace for Your Destiny

Many do not learn to discern their desert. They complain
instead, blaming everybody, from their parents to their
school teachers. They blame the weather, the colour of
their skin, the schools they attended or did not attend.
Oftentimes, such people miss their moments in destiny
and the unique grace in their lives which they were meant
                               to develop through life’s challenges.

It is my prayer that God will challenge your heart as you
read this book, to learn to discern your desert in your trials,
to seize those moments of obscurity and abandonment to
refine and release the unique grace of God on your life.
May you not curse what was sent to bless you! Many get
stuck in their desert or wilderness. Many even die in their
desert, while some come out of their deserts as damaged
goods. They are full of bitterness, anger and suspicion.
They cannot trust anybody, not even God.

                                               Features of the Desert

Even from the few examples given you can deduce certain
peculiarities of a desert where grace is cultivated. Let me
                               mention a few.

                               1. A Place to be and Pass through Alone: Often
times we pass through certain seemingly unfavourable
experiences in our lives and wonder, “Why am I here?
Why do I have to go through this? Nobody knows
what I’m going through.” Friend, when you pass
