Jesus, The Source of Grace

Vital Forces that Work with Grace

It must be noted that grace is never indolent. The entrance
of grace into the believer propels actions directed at
fulfilling the purpose of God for the recipient of God’s
grace. Show me a professor of grace who sits idly, does
nothing for God, produces no fruits, enhances or affects no
one positively; then I’ll show you an impostor. In any
recipient of grace, you will most evidently find four
                               qualities:

                               i. DILIGENCE – Constant work by the recipient of
grace in the area of his or her calling.

ii. DETERMINATION – A drive to achieve divinely-
inspired and rewarding objectives, no matter the
                                    challenges or adversities.

iii. DIVINE DEFERENCE – An unbreakable resolve to
please God alone even at the risk of one’s life.

iv. DISTINCTION - At the place where grace is put to
work, there will be divine distinction, a marked
difference credited to God’s enabling only. The
believer who fails to put his or her grace to full use
cannot expect to excel or be distinctive. The Spirit of
God works only were the grace of God is put to work
by faith. The disciples of Jesus would have recorded no
success had they not stepped out into the field of
                                    gospel preaching.
