Grace Stations

Grace stations are divinely provided channels through
which the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ can be supplied.
There are quite a number of them strategically positioned
around the life of the believer so that we do not have to
come to the point of spiritual exhaustion or burnout.

Grace Station 1:
Studying and Living by God’s Word

As Christians we have a daily divine duty to study God’s
word, the Holy Bible, and to make a living of its logos and
rhema. By that I mean the truth contained in the word, and the
revelation contacted from it. The study of the word of God is
vital to living a victorious Christian life. The word of God
came about as God inspired various holy people to speak
and write the Holy Scriptures.

“Knowing this first, that no prophecy of Scripture
is of any private interpretation, for prophecy never
came by the will of man, but holy men of God
spoke as they were moved by the Holy Spirit”
(2 Peter 1:20-21).

This puts the Holy Scriptures in a special hallowed category,
not to be compared to any other written or spoken word;
not even those spoken or written by renowned servants of
God. God’s word is the final authority by which we must
check or verify every word written or spoken by men.
