Grace Stations

People in various walks of life, and in different nations,
want to experience success. There are different concepts of
success in the world today. Many are of the opinion that
having loads of financial wealth is the ultimate sign of
success. Having money to buy good clothes, expensive
gadgets, vehicles, houses, and luxury vacation travels are
commonly regarded as signs of success. Having the money
and the means to buy public opinion, the approval of
government officials and positions are also regarded in
some quarters as indices for success. But this scripture
shows how God is not only interested in our good success,
but also what it is and how we can access it.

Good success implies that you don’t just succeed according
to societal definition or by socially accepted pathways to
success. For instance, a society may accept cheating and
stealing as possible means to succeed, as long as you are not
caught. It explains why fraud becomes rife in such
societies. There are many nations where crooked and
dubious means to social elevation and acceptance is the
norm. But God is saying there is a divinely accepted path to
every form of lifting in every domain of human influence.
It requires a diligent study and application of God’s word to
every sphere of human endeavour. It means that success in
God’s sight is doing God’s will in God’s way as He has
mapped out for each individual’s destiny.

Measuring success in God’s way and with God’s methods
will rid any society of loads of social ills. It will deliver our
society of the rat race many people get involved in, in the
