            Prepare a calendar with the exact dates you want to run your offers.

            You don’t have to restrict yourself to BFCM weekend - lots of brands have special
            offers running all through November.


            Here is a simple example from last year:


















            2 weeks before BFCM this client ran a pre-BFCM offer, and brought in an
            extra 30% revenue for the month.
