Think about establishing a Community of Practice. This will be a good forum for
testing ideas and concepts in a safe space with your trusted advisors. Keep it small
and nurture it.
Actively extend your circle of support
Once you have identified your niche and refined your approach, your plans will
benefit from actively extending support base. A strong support group that
understands and buys into your vision will help you create momentum for change
and take your message to a broader audience than you can do on your own.

There are plenty of professional networking groups. For example, you could join a
LeanIn Circle (LeanIn is an organisation that helps women come together to learn
from and empower each other). You could also join a MeetUp (MeetUp is a free
online service that is used organise online groups that host in-person events for
people with similar interests: https://www.meetup.com/).
There are also several education-specific groups. Have you considered joining any
of the following groups - Google Educators, Flipgrid Educators or Shake Up Learning
networks? There are benefits of in-person and online networking forums – look for
both opportunities.
