flaunt their lewdness and stand in God's house claiming
to be "delivered" to indulge in their sins. "And come
and stand before me in this house, which is called by
my name, and say, 'We are delivered to do all these

joice because of their weaknesses. The nation has be-

joicing in iniquity" is the exaltation of the vile and law-
less. These sinners and corrupters will be encouraged in
their evil pursuits by permissive laws, compromising
judges, and a sensuous society. Can God spare a nation
from judgment that not only exalts sin but flaunts it in
His face with a devilish spirit of rejoicing? No! God must
judge this nation for becoming entrenched and satisfied
with corruption.
