We can no longer distinguish between the sane and
the insane. Since we refuse to accept guilt, we blame all
our problems on "society." We have no more solutions,
only "tolerable nonsolutions."

pride of all glory, and to bring into contempt all

The Flash Points of Judgment


What are the flash points of divine judgment? At
what exact moment does God move against a people or
a nation for their iniquity? Are there clues God has left
in His trail of past judgments? Can we pinpoint the ap-
proximate hour of the outpouring of wrath by reading
"the signs of our times"? What final slap in God's face
triggers judgment? Is it possible to really know judg-
ment is about to fall? Or, is it just a bunch of educated
guesses and vague prophecies?
Must I forever see this sin and sadness all
around me? Wherever I look there is oppression
and bribery and men who love to argue and to
fight. The law is not enforced and there is no jus-
tice given in the courts, for the wicked far outnum-
ber the righteous, and bribes and trickery prevail.

There are very definite causes that precipitate divine
judgment. In other words, when a nation repeats the
mistake of past generations, it is judged at the same
points for the same causes. I refer to them as flash
