E. Wiretapping or Eavesdropping Device: An electronic device designed primarily to intercept
communications without the knowledge or consent of all the participants.
Section 4: Violations
Violations of this policy will subject the offender to discipline, pursuant to the procedures In the City's
Personnel Rules, up to and including termination.
