Gingerbread Hot

Ingredients
for a 12oz drink
4 tablets of Kokoa Method
Collection 70% Ecuador for a 12oz drink
chocolate
Place tablets in a serving cup and
225ml favourite milk
completely cover with boiling water for
15 ml of Monin about 15 seconds to soften, then pour
Gingerbread syrup away the excess water
Add Gingerbread syrup and 1/3 of hot
(68⁰C) milk. Whisk into a smooth paste
and top up with hot milk
Garnish suggestions: whipped cream,
ginger slices, gingerbread cookie,
themed sprinkles
