New Years Sparkle





                                 Hot Chocolate



































             Ingredients


             for a 12oz drink



                4 tablets of Kokoa                      Method

                Collection 58%                          for a 12oz drink

                Venezuela chocolate
                                                          Place tablets in a serving cup and
                225 ml favourite milk
                                                          completely cover with boiling water for

                25ml of Sparkling Wine                    about 15 seconds to soften, then pour

                                                          away the excess water


                                                          Add 1/3 of hot (68⁰C) milk. Whisk into a

                                                          smooth paste and then top up with
                                                          sparkling wine and the rest of the hot

                                                          milk


                                                          Garnish suggestions: half of a passion

                                                          fruit or kiwi with sparkling wine, whipped

                                                          cream, mini wafer paper champagne
                                                          bottles, gold spray or sprinkles
