BASIC LIFE INSURANCE
(Offered through Cigna)
AAG provides all eligible employees with Basic Life
and AD&D coverage, which includes Cigna Secure
Travel and Identity Theft Protection for you and your
family. To confirm your benefit level please contact
your Human Resources Department.
VOLUNTARY LIFE INSURANCE*
Eligible employees who want to supplement their Basic Life insurance benefits may purchase
additional coverage. When you enroll yourself and/or your dependents in this benefit, you pay
the full cost through semi-monthly payroll deductions.

VOLUNTARY LIFE INSURANCE PLANS*
Spouse & Children
Your spouse’s rate is based on your age. Provided you are still employed, your benefits will reduce
to 50% at age 70 and your Spouse’s coverage ends at the age of 70.
Employee per-paycheck premiums can
be found within the enrollment portal.
Guaranteed Coverage for Voluntary Life Insurance Coverage
Guaranteed Coverage Amount is the amount of coverage you can elect without answering any
medical questions or taking a health exam. Guaranteed Coverage is only available during your
new hire waiting period. If you apply for coverage that is above the Guaranteed Coverage
Amount, or if you are applying for coverage after 31 days after you become eligible, you must fill
out a Medical Evidence of Insurability form. All dependent child benefits are guaranteed issue.
*Not all employment categories are eligible for voluntary life insurance.
