The baseline water budget is about 2,077 kGal annually. The fixture efficacies proposed would save 489 kGal, or about 24% of the
overall building water usage. If excess rainwater water would be used for toilet flushing, an additional 334 kGal would be saved,
bringing the overall building water savings up to 40%.
