The area shall not be traversed by wet pipes, neither run overhead or along the walls. All incoming copper and optical fiber
        termination, cross-connection and voltage surge protection equipment within the TSER shall be furnished, installed and
        maintained by the service provider apart from cabling ties to the MTER provided by the owner. The recommended provisions for
        the TSERs are defined as follows:

            •   Preliminary planning for the site will have telecommunications service entrance conduits enter from 14  Street and stub
               directly into the Telecommunications Service Entrance Room (TSER).  This room may also be referred to as the POE room.
            •   The site will be fed by (6) 4” service entrance conduits – (3) from the East POE and (3) from the West POE - that will extend
               to the property line, where they will be met by the service providers; Spectrum (Time Warner) and Verizon.  NOTE: the
               number of pathways the service providers install to meet at the property line may be less than (3) 4” conduits.

            •   Diverse incoming service entrance pathways provisioned, redundancy is required.
                TELECOMMUNICATIONS SERVICE ENTRANCE ROOM (TSER)


                Location, number                        One (1) in the Basement level adjacent to perimeter building wall or
                                                        within 50 feet from the perimeter wall.  The rooms shall serve the
                                                        purposes of redundant incoming services.

                                                        The TSER is collocated with the Main Telecommunications
                                                        Equipment Room (MTER).

                Description                             80 square feet minimum, square or rectangular footprint, no less
                                                        than 8 feet wide. Walls slab-to-slab construction. When combined
                                                        with the MTER the minimum square footage shall be 360 sq ft.
                                                        Empty floor and wall space shall be reserved for carrier-provided
                                                        equipment

                Finishes                                4’ X 8’ X ¾” sheets of Fire-Retardant plywood, wall mounted at 6”
                                                        AFF on all walls adjacent the door, painted white.

                Lighting                                LED 24” X 48” pendants hung at min. 9’ AFF to provide 50 foot-
                                                        candles measured at 3’ AFF

                Suspended Ceiling                       None.  Ceiling slab sealant-finished to reduce dust.

                Raised Floor                            None

                Floor Finish                            Static dissipative coating/sealant
