                   5.2  No Boot - C1

                   C1 (Memory Presence)
                   - First block memory detect OEM Specific-Test to size on-board memory. Early chip
                   set initialization Memory presence test OEM chip set routines Clear low 64K of
                   memory Test first 64K memory.

                   - I/O channel activated.
                   - Initialize POST Error Manager (PEM).


                   5.2.1     C1 Repair Step


                   The Investigation step of debug card post C1:
                   (Include C1 reset, C1 lock up, C1-00, C1-01, C1-07, C1-25-C1, C1-26-C1, C1-33,
                   C0-C1 reset, Insert PCIE x 16 card show post code C1,)

                   Before the next step, make sure all the testing equipments are in good status. The step
                   below is suggestion, you don’t need to check step by step, but all signals must be
                   confirmed.
                   01. Voltage fails – DDR18V, DDRVTT, and CPU_M_VREF

                   02. Wrong BIOS or CMOS setting
                   03. SMBDATA or SMBCLK fail
                   04. Memory bus fail – MD, MA,
                   05. Clock fail- FSBSEL, DCLK

                   06. SB fail or other issues – A20M, ICHCLK14, and I/O fail, PCI express fail, VDD18,
