                                    Shakers
                   •  “The Hopi people love to play musical instruments.” (Shakers are similar to an
                       instrument from the Hopi tribe)
                   •  MM shows how to hold and play the shaker: “rest position” (“Shave & A Haircut”),
                       “stop position”
                   •  S follow MM & MF as they practice “start/stop” exercise with hands or shakers
                   •  Sing “Mos Mos” playing shakers to the steady beat, and then shake like the
                       rattlesnake for “nyah, nyah, nyah…” but follow “stop” cue

                 Pause for Practice
                        S play shakers and practice responding to the “start/stop” signals
                        S sing “Mos Mos”, playing to steady beat, and shaking to “nyah, nyah, nyah…”
