Summer



                  Fruit Salad









             Salad doesn’t always have to be all vegetables! Summer is the best time to cool off with a
           cool fruit salad made with juicy, seasonal fruits! Adding plain or Greek yogurt and granola
          gives a probiotic and fiber boost along with the nutrition from the fresh fruit. It is especially
                                     important to have probiotics in the morning.



        Ingredients                                            Instructions


        Sliced strawberries                                    Slice all the fruits and toss in a bowl.
        Blackberries
        Blueberries                                            Chill for at least 1-2 hours. Mix with yogurt
        Sliced peaches                                         and granola in a bowl.
        Pitted cherries
        Plain or Greek yogurt                                  Enjoy!

         Dark Chocolate




         Pomegranate Almond Bark





                 Pomegranates are an absolute powerhouse of vitamins and antioxidants. Paired
               with dark chocolate, another source of anioxidants, and almonds, which are one of

                        the healthiest nuts, this tasty holiday treat can be enjoyed guilt free!


        Ingredients                                            Sprinkle the rest of the seeds and nuts on top
