Summer
Fruit Salad
Salad doesn’t always have to be all vegetables! Summer is the best time to cool off with a
cool fruit salad made with juicy, seasonal fruits! Adding plain or Greek yogurt and granola
gives a probiotic and fiber boost along with the nutrition from the fresh fruit. It is especially
important to have probiotics in the morning.
Ingredients Instructions
Sliced strawberries Slice all the fruits and toss in a bowl.
Blackberries
Blueberries Chill for at least 1-2 hours. Mix with yogurt
