       Evening Lavender




                  Chamomile Tea









                 Making your own tea blends is a perfect ritual for relaxation. Lavender and
                  chamomile are every herbalist’s go-to herbs for promoting relaxation and
                 sleep. Stock up on these easy-to-find herbs for an easy evening tea made in
                                                  under five minutes.


        Ingredients                                            in your favorite mug, and pour the simmering
                                                               water over it. Steep for about 4-5 minutes.
        1 tsp dried lavender
        1 tsp dried chamomile                                  Enjoy!
        Tea ball or reusable tea bag
