Elderberry






                              Syrup

































             For hundreds of years, elderberries have been used to fight chest colds. Even in modern
          supermarkets, elderberry products can be found in the medicine aisles. Elderberries are rich
          in vitamin c, natural high antioxidants, and fight inflammation. Always speak to your doctor

                                          before trying an all natural remedy.


        Ingredients                                            Cool the mixture until it is still warm, but not
