CARDIO
MIX
This cardio HIIT Mix will use Tabata timing. This
means 20 seconds of high intensity exercise
followed by 10 seconds of recovery. Four rounds
of each exercises will be completed followed
by 1-2 minutes of recovery before moving
on to the next exercise.
