Learning and Development Policy



             Objective

               At Ipsos in UAE, we are here to Encourage, Motivate, Inspire and Enrich our employees in their growth and
               their development by providing support, mentoring, coaching, group and face-to-face training.
               Added to a panel of online courses and webinars delivered by our Global online platform, IPSOS Training Centre
               (ITC).


             1.  Mandatory Courses

               Eligibility: All New Employees
               All new employees are required to complete the following courses within the 1  month from the date of joining:

                  Discover Ipsos: to learn more about Ipsos through core information on its history, its present and its future

                  Security Awareness: to help you understand how to safeguard information and minimize risks of data loss
                  Corporate  Social  Responsibility:  to  understand  Ipsos  responsibility  towards  the  environment  and  our
                    commitment to our communities


               How to register:

               Any Ipsos employee can self-register at: http://campus.ipsos-trainingcenter.com  completing the required form.

             2.  Optional Courses
               Eligibility: All Ipsos UAE employees
               All Ipsos UAE employees are strongly advised to participate as much as possible to the Optional Courses.

               Purpose of the knowledge Sharing Forum

               To set an internal Knowledge Sharing Culture by sharing our Know-How, Know-Why, our expertise and information.
               This will give us the edge by:
                     Building efficiency through the sharing of Best Practices

                     Being productive and meeting our business objectives
                     Reducing the risks of intellectual drain when employees leave
