Schooling Policy and Procedure
1. POLICY
It is the policy of Ipsos MENA to grant schooling to married employees under specific circumstances
2. SCOPE
This policy and procedure applies to all eligible married employees of Ipsos MENA
3. ACCOUNTABILITY
3.1 The Human Resources are accountable for determining the eligibility of each of the employees for
obtaining this benefit and furnishing the proper advice concerning the application of this policy.
3.2 The Accounting will be responsible for computing and effecting payment of the Schooling as stated
herein
4. DEFINITIONS
4.1 Schooling: Is an amount paid or benefit provided to the eligible married employees’ towards their
children’s Schooling related expenses
5. PROCEDURE
5.1 Schooling Benefits: Ipsos MENA will pay educational benefits for children of eligible married
employees of level 4 and above in accordance to the latest Ipsos MENA Title Matrix
5.2 The eligible Employee must have completed one year or more of continuous active service prior to
the beginning of the school year
5.3 The child/student of the eligible employee must be registered in an official or private, regular school
5.4 The child/student of the eligible employee must have completed his fourth year of age during the
school year and has not exceeded 18 years of age
5.5 This policy does not cover university tuition
