• New Services
- Make sure that all jobs falling under the New Services are correctly coded. The codes
are selected in the Offering/Product fields in both the proposal and job section.
• Job Cancellation
- Make sure to cancel a job properly – Steps: 1st Set job status to Cancelled, 2nd Bring
the billing schedule to zero (cancel the lines and/or enter a credit note). It will cause
a double negative impact if a job was cancelled out of order.
- Send the job number and reason of the cancellation to finance for their records.
- If not sure about the cancellation steps, check with finance.
• LOJ Review Attendance/Time commitment
- Attendance and time commitment are necessary in order to have a thorough review.
