Cutting to size by cutting grade LPG………
Based on my proposal, I was made project leader by
management to develop cutting grade LPG.
Through personal contacts, could secretly managed recipe
from competitor‟s company.
Based on bootlegged recipe, new chemical concoction was
innovated, tested and found superior than original.
FAST FORWARD………….
While project advancing, I superannuated. Hanging up boots
resulted whitewash on my contribution. My name and efforts
went into oblivion. Unrelated people became overnight
innovators. Product commercialized but originator forgotten.
During felicitation, people from nowhere were bathed in
limelight; there are real innovators that organization has
forgotten about. They became blotted out, only to stand in the
shadows…….
